New consolidator targets high street brokers

Nick Potts, former managing director of Equity Insurance Brokers,(above right), and Mike Hutton, former acquisitions and insurer development director at Equity, are going back into the broker market with the launch of NMJ Insurance Brokers this autumn subject to FSA approval. 

Currently seeking authorisation from the Financial Services Authority, the duo have financial backing from John Wilson of Manchester-based Wilsons Insurance Group and are looking to buy personal and commercial high street
