Towergate Underwriting Group has made its second acquisition thisyear, with its purchase of park home and caravan underwriting agency,
Bakers of Cheltenham, bringing the number of companies in the group to
15.
Bakers has a current gross written premium in excess of £7m, a customer
base of almost £50,000, and a staff of 18.
This latest purchase brings the Towergate Group's total gross written
premium to almost £61m and increases its staff numbers to 150.
