Royal & SunAlliance is to extend Enterprise, its telephone-basedfacility for small business insurance, as part of a review of intermediary
relationships.
Rod Kitchen, development manager of RSA, said it wanted to move into phase
two of the Enterprise initiative, offering brokers a full product range
and web-enablement in the first half of 2001. At present, RSA's four
Enterprise underwriting teams are based at Glasgow, Hertford, Birmingham
and Leeds, offering documentation in 48 hours.
