Open + Direct, the Ulster-based financial services company, has
acquired West Midlands broker Footman James & Company. Specialising in
cover for motorbikes, private vehicles and classic cars, Footman James &
Company has around 100 staff and approximately 80,000 customers across the
UK. Open + Direct has also acquired Ulster-based companies SG Cathart & Co
and Spratt Insurance Specialists this year.
