Adam Gittins has joined Gloucester-based Ecclesiastical Insurance asstrategic planning manager. He is responsible for developing a new system
for strategic planning which will be used by the insurer's general
management team. Mr Gittins joined the company over eight years ago as
surveyor and was appointed quality manager in 1995.
