Equity Red Star has appointed Chris Hardiment as regional underwriter at its Birmingham office. Hardiment has worked previously as fleet team manager at Countrywide. Meanwhile, Dawn Illing also joins in the role of product development manager. Illing held similar roles with AIG and Old Mutual International previously.
