Following a nine-month review of its household account, Folgate
Insurance has enhanced its Seasons policy and introduced a new rating
structure.


As a result, many UK postcodes will experience a reduction premiums and
will benefit from an increase in limits.


On the buildings section, maximum sum insured has been increased from
£350,000 to £500,000 and owners liability has been raised from £1m to £2m.
There is a nil subsidence excess for all properties built after 1990 and
17.5% discount for higher
