Listed home and motor intermediary Bennetts Insurance is to move into
several new lines of business, in a comprehensive review of its
activities. Group marketing manager David Spring conceded that the
changes, which are understood to have caused considerable resentment, have
resulted in 30 job losses so far, leaving the group with 340 staff. Mr
Spring stated that Bennetts intended to have 400 staff as a result of the
review, however.
