Ace Europe has appointed Luc Goovaerts as company secretary,following the retirement of Jozef Geerts who had held the position for the
past 13 years. Steve Schleisman, chief executive of ACE, said: "Jozef
played a major role last year in ensuring a smooth regulatory transition
for the entities moving from Cigna to Ace during the recent acquisition."
