Broking group COBRA has undergone a major restructure as a foundation for further growth. The move makes way for an underwriting facility - COBRA Underwriting Agencies - allowing for new acquisition protocols and the expansion of its financial services division.

BKG Insurance Brokers, BKG Corporate Risks and Truman Lincoln will be known as COBRA Insurance Brokers, while its Lloyd's wholesale broker GAL will become COBRA GAL. Meanwhile, BKG Financial Services will become COBRA Financial Services
