Warrington-based Creamer Group has become Oval's first acquisition in the North-west in a move that Creamer's John Lawson has described as of "mutual respect". Lawson and managing director Lee Chadwick will remain at the helm of the Warrington office, reporting to Oval's northern region managing director John Hancock.
Established in 1965, Creamer deals primarily with commercial lines and boasts an annual gross written premium in excess of £16m.
