Oxygen has announced details of further capital investment to assist in its team growth strategy.
Michael Spencer, group chief executive and founder of ICAP, has invested in the broker and has joined its board as a non-executive director. The company has also raised further capital from its existing shareholders and management team through a rights issue.
The new investment capital will be used to progress the company's acquisition strategy for teams within its agency and broking operations
