The British Insurance Brokers Association has ditched its internet
initiative and is now considering recent net launches 24 7 and
i2i-link.


BIBA had hoped to launch the CD-Rom-based package at its conference in
May, but a series of delays, caused by software provider businessfree.net,
forced the organisation to scrap its plans.


A spokewoman for BIBA said: "We decided it was best for all concerned if
we did not pursue that one. We put our faith and trust into
businessfree.net and they let us down."
