Insurance broker RP Hodson has paid £1.6m for the client base ofmarine cargo and energy specialist Williams and Whybrow London.
Graham Whybrow, chief executive, of the firm, has joined RPH as a director
and his company will merge into RPH's city offices.
RPH now has an annual premium income of more than £60m and a net recurring
income of £10m. Williams and Whybrow was founded in 1994 by the merger of
Graham F Whybrow and Williams Caithness and Co. The firm has 24 staff and
an annual fee income of
