Job prospects in the insurance industry are approaching a 10-year high, according to Manpower's latest Quarterly Survey of Employment Prospects.
The report says that after a dramatic drop in recruitment in 1995, the insurance industry has consolidated and employment prospects have remained stable for the past two years.
Manpower reports that nearly 30% of the insurance employers' surveyed expect to recruit in the last quarter of this year. Just 10% said they expect to reduce staff numbers.
