Optilead's enquiry conversion software has caused Footman James' conversion rates to increase 100% in its first two full months. By engaging with prospects within seconds of them making a quotation enquiry, Footman James said it has increased its conversion rate dramatically. Optilead's technology also collates data about the prospective buyers, allowing the broker to prioritise the leads most likely to be converted.
