Axa has poached Lee Gladwell from NPI to head up its personal lines
division. As director of personal lines, Mr Gladwell will be responsible
for Axa Direct and corporate partnerships. Andy Homer, chief executive at
Axa, said: "It is a year since Axa first announced its intention to
acquire the Guardian Royal Exchange Group. I am delighted with what we
have achieved in that time. Our continuing strategy of bringing in new
talent to complement existing experience is evidenced by Lee's
appointment."
