The Broker Alliance has recruited Hull-based Rixon Matthews Appleyardas its sixth member following the dismissal of Sheffield-based broker,
Evans Charles Stevens in June. The alliance now has a collective premium
of over £100m.
Rixon Matthews Appleyard recently sold the business of its Helmsley office
to fellow Broker Alliance member, Smart & Cook. The portfolio is a mixture
of commercial and personal lines and will be transferred to Smart & Cook's
York office.
