Like the medieval wheel of fortune the insurance cycle turns again,with employers' liability rates worst affected. But what is this mystical
cycle and is the insurance industry really at its mercy? We are not living
in medieval times and I cannot be the only one who does not believe in
fate.
The cycle is, of course, created by the industry's actions - as is
demonstrated by the fact that it is much stronger in the UK than on the
Continent.
