Acturis has announced that its director, Mike Dodd, has left the company, insisting the reason for his departure was of a personal nature.

The company issued a brief statement, stating: "Mike has been at Acturis for one year and is leaving for personal reasons on amicable terms. His knowledge and experience has added a different slant to how Acturis has been viewed in the market over the last 12 months, and Acturis wishes him well for the future."

Mr Dodd joined the software company a year ago
