Appointed representatives (AR) are over-reliant on the quality of the supervision and compliance being provided by their network, according to research.

Compliance specialists Management Services 2000 (MS2M) and Branko Limited conducted the study to assess the risk profile of brokers in relation to their compliance with Financial Services Authority (FSA) regulation.
