Arag posts stable UK GWP and profit for 2016
Legal insurance specialist celebrates 10th year of business.
Arag has reported gross written premium under management of £41.1m, in line with the £44.3m achieved in 2015.
The UK legal protection and assistance specialist stated that it had seen strong growth in the before the event sector and moderate underlying growth in ATE business.
The pre-tax profit for Arag UK came in at £2.4m.
This was down on the headline £2.7m achieved in the previous 12 months but the provider noted on a like-for-like comparison basis with certain exceptional factors stripped
