What was the most shocking insurance event of 2016?
Brexit, The Donald, not for me ... the most shocking event in 2016 is that as a personal lines industry we require the regulator to assist us in rewarding customer loyalty by making us be clearer around the prices we have charged previously and will look to charge them.
Encouraging customers to shop around is not the answer, rewarding loyalty is.
