Products: Paymentshield updates its online system

Paymentshield has announced an investment of over £2m in its Inertia Online System, and an overhaul of its insurer panel, in a bid to enhance the products and services it offers to brokers.

This will include offering intermediaries a choice of household insurance quotations from a panel of insurers.

In particular, the company’s current home insurance product for both new and existing customers will see an increase in contents sum, as well as the introduction of a single stage complaints process.

Applied updates on commercial push

Applied Systems has confirmed Arch Insurance is about to enter the pilot phase of onboarding and will be live on the Applied Epic broker management system in April, with Iprism and Ark to follow and more promised in 2024.
