Products: Ink offers new excess protector product

Ink Insurance has teamed up with Adding1 to develop a new excess protector insurance product.

The move follows Ink’s purchase of Adding1’s book of property, liability and motor fleet-based business with the Giles-owned underwriting firm confirming it would be working on future projects with Adding1.

The new add-on product has been created to allow policyholders to claim back the policy excess they have to pay out when claiming from another policy.

Policyholders can select the annual limit of excess they require, and cover is offered for excess on commercial combined, fleet insurance
