Products: Axa makes products available on Powerplace

Axa has made two of its products available to Powerplace users in the last month: a new property owners/landlords policy and its management liability policy.

The property product is aimed at commercial and residential landlords with up to 10 properties offering standard cover with a maximum sum of £5m for buildings and £1,500 for loss of rent. Optional extras include accidental damage, subsidence cover, employers’ liability, property owners’ liability and landlords’ contents.

The management liability policy is aimed predominantly at private limited companies, charities, clubs and associations. The product provides cover for D&O/trustees’ liability
