Product launch: Travel, PA and emergency link

Two empty deckchairs on golden sands

A product that unites the handling of personal accident and travel claims and the provision of emergency medical assistance has been launched by Cega Group Services.

The product is already being used by Chubb Insurance Company of Europe SE and Equity Insurance Group, and Cega said it had been developed to meet market demand. Cega's director of sales and marketing, Rob Upton, said the new product had been designed to ease "the policyholder's claims process by giving them a single contact point for travel, PA and assistance issues; minimising stress at times of emergency".
