Product update: Metals and machinery cover

Aviva signage

Aviva has launched two bespoke policies for those working specifically in metals or machinery and equipment.

The launch followed a period of consultation with specialist brokers and customers to identify the particular requirements in these sectors.

Aviva said this meant that customers from aerial to wire manufacturers, agricultural engineers to makers of power tools would benefit from the new policies, which provide enhanced cover as standard and at no extra cost.

Alex Royce, development manager at Aviva, said the new package was necessary due to the rapidly evolving technology within these sectors.
