Product launch: Axa Art pledges speedy service

High-net-worth insurer Axa Art Insurance has committed itself to providing a maximum 24-hour turnaround time when it comes to quoting on new broker business, upon receiving all the necessary information.

The insurer said it ran detailed management information reports that showed the service performance on a broker-by-broker level ensuring that Axa Art could monitor, manage and control its consistency of service. Axa Art Insurance said the scheme recently completed a successful pilot.

Aviva doubling down for customers, says Martin
