Delivering diversity: There is still an imbalance in insurance when it comes to diversity, but the industry is working hard to correct it, says Sian Fisher
As Tony Cornell stressed in his article last month (www.insuranceage.co.uk/2475714), the gender and diversity imbalance in the insurance profession is still stark.
And given that I joined the market myself in 1984, he is right to say that women were viewed and treated as a “novelty” during that period.
