One year after forming, the Insurance Brokers’ Standards Council is still working to combat poor broking behaviour, says Paul Anscombe

It seems incredible to me that the Insurance Brokers’ Standards Council (IBSC) is now coming up to its first anniversary. And what a year it has been! A group of like-minded insurance brokers formed in order to get to grips with the issues of professional standards in our community and specifically to create a code of conduct for the benefit of all stakeholders.
