And so another year comes to an end. As Ed Murray wisely points out in his review of the year (pages 20-25), it is a good thing 2012 was a leap year because the insurance industry really has packed a lot in. From insurer takeovers to the controversial split between Aviva and Broker Network, brokers have not seen a quiet month.
