For brokers, times have seldom been so interesting. Not necessarily good, but interesting. There has been plenty of activity on the insurer side of the market and this activity has been characterised by variety.

Some insurers are exiting the market altogether, with Brit being snapped up by QBE  and Groupama still looking for a suitable buyer for its UK operation.
