Virtuocity: I deal with the non-standard home insurance market. I was up against three other brokers and I came out on top, offering total coverage for my client's home.
The client called two days later to tell me she was going to cancel my policy and go with another broker.
The client said that the other broker found her a cheaper policy, which she was quite happy with, although it did not include cover for theft because she did not have a five-lever mortice door.
Excuse me?
