A fair point
With reference to the article "Aggregators hit back…" (www.broking.co.uk, 30 November 2009), Which recognises the value of price comparison sites and believes they have an important role to play in the insurance market. However, we think these sites still have a long way to go to provide a satisfactory service to consumers and gain their trust. Our latest satisfaction survey, which canvassed the opinions of more than 2,500 people, showed that our members feel the same way.
