I was beginning to suffer from Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) fatigue, as the Financial Services Authority (FSA) 'machine' relentlessly churns out paper after paper on the subject. I have them all stacked on my desk, and if the pile gets any higher I fear that I may disappear from view.
I have to say, however, that the article in last month's Insurance Age regarding TCF ('Anything is possible', pp31-32) captured my attention and is one of the best I have read on the subject. It was a concise
