Call to action over mandatory disclosure

Small commercial brokers - speak up now before it is too late. We are campaigning to stop the introduction of commission disclosure on a compulsory basis, as we believe its supporters want to put pressure on small brokers to force them to sell up - less brokers means less competition, and a harder market.

The trouble is, Hector Sants from the Financial Services Authority (FSA) is hearing plenty of representations from those who want hard disclosure, but he says there is very little comment from
