County Group buys Arthur Marsh & Son
Arthur Marsh & Son (Birmingham) is a £4.5m GWP broker and takes County up to £70m in GWP.
The County Group has bought Arthur Marsh & Son (Birmingham) for an undisclosed sum.
County Group noted in a statement that Arthur Marsh would continue to be run by vendors Mark and Sharon Farren and that all existing 14 staff would remain with the business staying on the same premises.
Arthur Marsh has branch a located in Birmingham and a smaller office located in South West Wales.
The firm won Insurance Age's Investment in People award in 2014.
