Aston Scott buys Bell & Co in Derby
First takeover deal of 2017 for the broker.
Aston Scott has bought Bell & Co, a chartered insurance broker based in Derby.
Bell & Co has been established for over 35 years and has over 3,000 clients in Derbyshire and the surrounding areas.
The Bell & Co brand will be retained and Aston Scott confirmed that it will look for further acquisitions to bring into the Bell & Co business over the coming months and years.
The deal is Aston Scott's first acquisition of 2017 and the broker highlighted that it has "several others" in the pipeline.
