Ryan Direct Group silent on JC Flowers rumours
Firm declines to comment on rumours of deal with the buyer of UK General.
Ryan Direct Group has declined to comment on rumours that private equity firm JC Flowers, which also bought UK General this month, is targeting the firm as it looks to consolidate the UK insurance sector.
Sky News reported that, if a deal is concluded, JC Flowers could merge Ryan Direct Group with UK General.
