Gallagher confirms suing former employee and Scottish broker
Case has been opened in Aberdeenshire.
Arthur J Gallagher has confirmed that it is suing former employee Graham Hudson and Scottish broker GS Group over claims of attempted client poaching.
A source close to the event said the proceedings, which will be heard in Banff in Aberdeenshire in Scotland, relate to client dealings and solicitation during the period of restricted covenant following Hudson's departure from Gallagher.
GS Group were joined to the action against Hudson for inducement of breach of covenant which he was bound for
