Brokers hit by second SSP outage this year
Brokers using SSP now face a second outage in the space of four weeks.
Issues with SSP's Pure application is causing disruption to service users, according to an official communication document seen by Insurance Age.
The troubled software house sent an update to its customers saying it was working to resolve "disconnection issues" in the application which was brought to its attention "by some customers this morning".
SSP has apologised for this latest incident and advised users to log off before 11:45, adding that the work would be completed by 12.00.
