RSA introduces new structure for Global Risk Solutions
Insurer claims the new model will help it trade more collaboratively with brokers.
RSA has unveiled a new operating model for Global Risk Solutions (GRS), which it stated will improve brokers' and customers' access to decision-makers.
GRS, which was formed last November following a restructure of the insurers' commercial lines businesses within the UK and international region, covers global specialty lines including marine.
The insurer said the model was effective immediately and consisted of three units: Europe; specialty and wholesale; and UK and multinational.
