Finch Group has announced a deal to buy Citymain Insurance Services for an undisclosed sum.
Citymain Insurance Services is based in North Hampshire and employs five people. The business focuses predominantly on commercial business and also has a strong High Net Worth client base.
Finch Group employs over 50 people and manages around £20m of GWP.
