Elite Insurance gets first rating

Company assigned BBB- status from Fitch.

Elite Insurance has received an insurer financial strength rating of BBB- by Fitch.

According to the previously unrated provider, the key drivers behind the rating decision were adequate capitalisation, strong underwriting performance and a conservative investment strategy.

The decision to seek a rating came after 10 years of operating in the insurance market without one.
