Brightside and ex-auditors in court

Case being held at High Court of Justice - Admiralty and Commercial Court.

Brightside Group is involved in a legal dispute with RSM UK Audit.

Insurance Age understands that the hearing today in the High Court of Justice - Admiralty and Commercial Court in front of Mr Justice Baker centres upon audit and due diligence work undertaken in the period 2011-2013.

RSM UK Audit formerly known as Baker Tilly worked for Brightside and resigned in November 2015.

A spokesperson for Brightside said: "As the case is ongoing we have no comment to make at this time."
