Alan Boswell buys S-Tech
Deal adds Cambridge office to the group.
Norwich-headquartered Alan Boswell Group has bought S-Tech Insurance Services, Insurance Age can reveal.
Alan Boswell already has two offices in Norwich along with branches in Attleborough, Bury St Edmunds and Peterborough employing 230 staff.
It will now take on the Cambridge office of S-Tech.
The development will mark a significant uplift in gross written premium (GWP) for the business which was recently rated in the £50m-75m banding in Insurance Age's Top 100 Independent Brokers ranking.
