InsurTech Futures: Axa teams up with Trov app
The UK partnership allows customers to buy insurance on demand via the Trov app.
Axa Insurance has teamed up with mobile app Trov to offer on-demand insurance cover.
The free mobile app provides insurance underwritten by Axa Insurance.
The insurer explained that using the Trov app, consumers can upload items to their cloud-based inventory and purchase individual insurance for those items at the touch of a button. The automated app allows individuals to protect the things they want covered, for the period that suits them.
