Esure completes the demerger of the comparison site.
Esure has completed the demerger of Gocompare.com from the Group.
The insurer announced that the shares in Gocompare.com were admitted today (3 November) to the premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.
Shortly after the markets opened Gocompare.com shares were trading at 74.25p and at the time of writing had risen to 76p.
