Vantage looks to begin acquisitions

NSM deal has provided the broker with a “war chest” to buy other specialist brokers.

Vantage Insurance Services is planning to acquire other brokers following its acquisition by US-based NSM Insurance.

CEO John Collyear told Insurance Age the NSM deal had provided it with a "quite sizeable war chest" to make some acquisitions.

He advised that he would be targeting brokers who specialise in niche lines and fit in with the Vantage business.
